रेडियो लेखन डॉ. वेद प्रकाश भारद्वाज रेडियो के लिए लिखते समय लेखक को इस बात का ध्यान रखना पड़ता है कि वह सुनने के लिए लिख रहा है। इसलिए बात बहुत साफ-सुथरे ढंग से तथा सरलतम रूप में कही जानी चाहिए। आँखों से देखने अर्थात्‌ टेलीविजन के लिए लिखने में इतनी सावधानी की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है। प्रत्येक भाषा के दो रूप होते हैं। पहला- उच्चारित और दूसरा- लिखित। उच्चारित शब्दों की शक्ति असीम है। लिखित शब्दों की शक्ति उनसे कुछ कम आँकी जाती है। रेडियो लेखन में भाषा को दोनों रूपों से होकर गुजरना पड़ता है। रेडियो लेखन में श्रोताओं की पसन्द को ध्यान में रखा जाना अत्यन्त आवश्यक होता है। रेडियो के लिए लिखते समय निम्न बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए 1. वाक्य छोटे और सरल करना चाहिए। 2. कठिन व अप्रचलित शब्दों का प्रयोग नहीं करना चाहिए। 3. दो वाक्यों को जोड़ने के लिए 'व' या 'तथा' के स्थान पर “और' का ही प्रयोग प्रचलित है। 4. रेडियो पर हर कार्यक्रम की समय-सीमा निर्धारित होती है इसलिए लिखते समय ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि आलेख निर्धारित समय में पूरा हो जाए। 5. क्षेत्रीय रुचि के कार्यक्रमों में क्षेत्...

रिपोर्ताज लेखन डॉ. वेद प्रकाश भारद्वाज रिपोर्ताज और रिपोर्ट यानी समाचार को अक्सर एक ही समझ लिया जाता है। इसका एक बड़ा कारण दोनों का ही मूल कोई खबर होना है। रिपोर्ताज को सामान्य समाचार से अलग माना जाता है। एक सामान्य समाचार में कोई भी रिपोर्टर किसी घटना या कार्यक्रम की जानकारी देता है। एक रिपोर्टर बगैर घटनास्थल पर जाए भी उस घटना की खबर लिख सकता है। वह प्रशासन द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के आधार पर खबर लिख सकता है, पुलिस प्रेस नोट के आधार पर खबर लिख सकता है। यानी सामान्य समाचार लिखने के लिए रिपोर्टर का उस खबर से प्रत्यक्ष संपर्क में आना जरूरी नहीं होता। इसके विपरीत रिपोर्ताज का अर्थ होता है ऐसा समाचार जो रिपोर्टर ने अपने प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव से लिखा है। संवाददाता ऐसी खबरों को लिखते समय अपने अनुभव को प्रमुख आधार बनाता है। वह घटनास्थल की सम्पूर्ण जानकारी देता है, वहां के वातावरण, आसपास के लोगों के बारे में जानकारी देता है। वह घटना के तत्कालिक प्रभाव को भी लिखता है। वह आवश्यकतानुसार वहां उपस्थित लोगों का संक्षिप्त साक्षात्कार भी लेता है जिसमें वह लोगों की राय प्राप्त करता है। इस प्रकार रिपोर्ताज एक प्...
